Code of Conduct

We ask that you

• Treat everyone with respect and dignity
• Do not be crass, rude, ignorant or demeaning
• Do not break any laws
• Provide proper attribution to avoid plagiarism and copyright infringement

Examples of unacceptable conduct include (but are not limited to)

• Heckling or interrupting speakers or attendees
• Communication or conduct that a reasonable person might find unwelcome, intimidating, or hostile, including unwelcome sexual attention
• Any disparagement of someone else based on gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, national origin, race, age, or religion
• Abusive speech or actions that unreasonably interfere with the conference experience
• Anything that compromises human safety

If you believe someone has violated this Code of Conduct or broken any laws, please make the conference organizers aware of the issue immediately so it can be dealt with appropriately.

Conference participants violating these simple rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference at the sole discretion of the conference organizers.
